Taking care of yourself as a teen means a lot of things. Avoiding drugs & alcohol and making smart choices about sex are just some of the ways you need to take care of you. Teens also need to take the time to develop and nurture their mind, spirit and body.

It’s normal for teens to feel stressed with all of the changes happening to their body while they become adults, and with all of the changes happening as they enter high school and prepare for college. It’s important to find outlets for this stress, and to rely on your parents, family and other trusted adults for guidance.
